In the event of a failed payment, the Doorman app sends you a notification almost immediately.
It's super important to get this mishap squared away as soon as possible, as your delivery may be held until payment has been processed.
Why Did I Receive a Failed Payment Notification:
Typically, a payment fails because your credit card may have expired or due to payment authorization failure.
In the event of a failed payment, you should:
- Reach out to your credit card company directly to provide authorization as Doorman is unable to do this on your behalf.
- Confirmed that the payment is authorized.
- Re-enter your credit card information in the Doorman app to process the payment.
